Цитирую журнал "Вокруг Света" за июнь 2004: "Русскую версию текста "Интернационала", являвшегося с 1917 по 1944 год Государственным гимном СССР, написал в 1902 году уроженец Одессы меньшевик Аркадий Яковлевич Коц, поэт, переводчик и горный инженер."
Ещё цитата: "Na język rosyjski w 1902 r. przetłumaczył ją Arkadij Jakowlewicz Koc."
Так что я не знаю, что такое: "пер.С.Коц 1871г."...
