I was wondering if anyone could identify this bit of classical Soviet era sounding music. I would love to be able to know the name of the piece but can't seem to find it anywhere. I am a foreigner who Can only speak English so forgive me for seeming ignorant

I may be wrong but I think this music is not a soviet one. .looks like a communist march one of the socialist countries. i m russian/by the way)))
